ETC is accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standards (Accreditation Certificate shown on Figure 16). Our policy is to partner with our customers to continuously improve environmental management practices. Together, we identify standard and custom solutions to help reduce the environmental impacts of our operations. We manage our processes, materials and practices in order to reduce the impacts associated with our work and minimize the creation of waste and pollution.
ETC pledges to continue operating within the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System to further enhance environmental performance. Our main objectives are to:
- Provide an environmentally responsible facility for testing
- Minimize and responsibly dispose of testing waste
- Improve the energy efficiency of our facility

Quality Management System (QMS)
Environmental Testing Corporation is an accredited laboratory, in compliance with ISO 17025-2005 for performing emissions tests. The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation Certificate Number 1975-01 can be seen in Figure 17.
ETC meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-2005 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”, and meets any additional program requirements in the identified field of testing. Testing and calibration laboratories that comply with this International Standard also operate in accordance with ISO 9001.
